Dear Valued Patient of Dr. Cote,
We here at Oasis Health System hope this finds you well.
As we are sure you are aware, Dr. Cote has been practicing at our clinic for around two years. Unfortunately, in June Dr. Cote had a medical emergency and had to take an indefinite medical leave. Recently, we received a CPSA letter about his withdrawal from practice. We will do everything we can to help you during this difficult time. If you have anything that needs to be looked at urgently or any prescriptions that need renewal, we welcome you to come to either our Rexall or Grande Blvd. locations on a walk-in basis during normal office hours or our new doctors could accept you as new patients. We will do our best to accommodate any needs.
We hope that you will still choose Oasis for your family doctor. We have new doctors who started on March 4, 2024. If you would like to be booked for a Meet and Greet with them, please call us or come in person to book an appointment.
